Poland is an E-1 and E-2 treaty country. Treaty nationality opens the door, but it does not prove the case. An E-2 investor still needs a qualifying enterprise, a substantial investment placed at risk, control or operational direction, lawful source and path of funds, and a business that satisfies the regulatory framework.

No. E-2 is a nonimmigrant classification. Permanent-residence planning must be analyzed separately.
